"My mother stays here due to having dementia and I have to say the home and staff are brilliant. They always keep me updated with the positive moments along with the down days. I know dealing with people with dementia can be quite challenging, but the staff and manager here are always trying to improve her living experience with innovative ideas and never once have come to me with an issue they do not already have a solution in place or a new idea to try. A perfect example being the recent ‘bus stop’ idea as my mother is always talking about catching the bus to go home! We would be completely lost without the help of Tracey, Kirstie and ALL of the other amazing staff members. Thank you"

"This grand Georgian house is wonderful to look at and once your inside it feels warm, homely and safe, the management and staff are superb and it feels like your all part of one big family (residence and their families), always a pleasure to visit my mother and to chat with the other residences and carers.
